What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my orders be shipped?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 days after being placed.  Once it’s en route you will receive tracking details. 

USPS ground shipping is our method and carrier of choice.

Do you ship outside the US?

No, sorry!

Will I receive tracking information?

You’ll receive tracking details once the package ships. 

How are shipping costs calculated?

All purchases are subject to a standard $20 shipping cost using ground USPS service.  If you require faster service or prefer another carrier please contact hello@shoprebus.com.  Returns shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What is the return policy on sale items?

Sorry! Sale items are final sale.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

No but if you’d like to purchase a full priced item please place a separate order and the code can be applied.

Does Rebus have the best provisions for children?
